Como Big is the big brother to one of our top sellers - cabinet knob Como. While the original Como knob is relatively tiny and works best on smaller cupboards, Como Big is living up to its name. Its' diameter of 41 mm places it into the more prominent club of furniture knobs and handles.<br /><br /> Moulded in Zinc Alloy, then coated in stainless steel and finally lacquered with a transparent lacquer to protect the handle and ensure it stays shiny. <br /><br /> Zinc Alloy, or sometimes also called Zamak, is an alloy of zinc, copper and aluminium. The alloy is perfect for moulding. It is robust and also easy to add various types of coating on the surface. For those reasons, most handles and knobs on the market have zinc-alloy as a base.<br /><br /> While it is still a shiny and bright knob, it has a brushed surface that gives a distinct, rougher expression. <br /><br /> Combine it freely with either its smaller version Como or the matching handle Este. Place Como knob on the kitchen cupboard doors and have the handle on wider drawers. It would also work perfectly by itself on a bench or other pieces of furniture. <br /><br /> Each Como Big has M4 screws included that will fit on any drawer or cupboard with a thickness of 16-19 mm. 16-19 mm is the most common depth of doors and cabinets on the market.
